CONQR Privacy Statement

CONQR ("the App") is operated by Swank Labs LLC, a Washington company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use CONQR.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: Email address and password.
• Third-party sign-in: If you choose to sign in using a third-party provider (for example, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple), we receive information from that provider to authenticate you and create or access your CONQR account. This may include your name, email address (including an email relay address), and a provider-specific account identifier.
• Profile ranges: To minimize risk, we collect ranges rather than exacts where possible (e.g., age range, weight range, height range), along with sex (male/female/other) and general activity level.
• Training plan inputs (optional): The categories above, provided with explicit opt-in for the purpose of generating a plan.
• Purchases: Transactions processed through Apple, Google, or Stripe.
• Communications: Support messages and feedback you send us.

Information Automatically Collected

• Location data: We collect precise GPS data during runs to map your route and calculate distance.
  Note: For your private history, we store the precise route. For any public or social features, this data is aggregated or rendered into general geographic shapes to protect your privacy.
• Run metrics: Distance, pace, speed, timestamps; and if connected, heart rate or VO₂ max metrics from your device.
• Device information: Device model, operating system, unique identifiers, crash logs, and app version.
• App usage: Features used, session length, interactions, and progression.

Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We create aggregated and de-identified statistics to understand app performance, improve features, and develop insights. These metrics do not identify you and may be used for commercial or partnership purposes.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

1. Provide and operate the App

• Tracking runs, mapping routes, and managing progression systems.
• Saving history and generating XP/rewards.
• Connecting to health/fitness APIs (HealthKit, Health Connect).

2. Generate optional training plans (Opt-in)

Using profile ranges + performance data to recommend pacing improvements, mileage increases, and other progression plans.

3. Improve and secure the service

• Debugging, analytics, and feature optimization.
• Monitoring system health and preventing abuse.

4. Process purchases

Managing Mana packs, upgrades, and other in-app purchases (via Apple, Google, or Stripe).

5. Communicate with you

• Service alerts, updates, and security notices.
• Marketing communications only where legally allowed (opt-out available).

Training Plan Opt-In

Before generating a personalized training plan, we will request an explicit opt-in confirming that:

• You are providing age/weight/height ranges and sex voluntarily.
• We can use those ranges + performance data to deliver training recommendations.
• This information will only be used to provide the plan and improve aggregated analytics.
• You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings.

Sharing Information

We share only what is necessary to operate CONQR:

• Supabase: Backend storage and authentication.
• Mapbox: Mapping and route visualization.
• Authentication providers: If you choose to use third-party sign-in, the relevant provider (for example, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple) will process your authentication request.
• Analytics tools: To maintain and improve the App (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel).
• Error tracking: To identify and fix crashes (e.g., Sentry).
• Payment processors: Apple, Google, Stripe.
• Communication providers: Email/SMS services for account notifications.

All processors are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only on our behalf.

No Ads / No Individual Sales

• We do not sell your identifiable data.
• We do not share information for cross-site advertising.
• We may produce aggregated, fully de-identified insights for commercial or partnership use.

Data Retention

• Account Data: Deleted within 28 days after you request account deletion.
• Aggregated Data: De-identified data may be retained indefinitely, as it cannot be linked back to you.

Children's Privacy

CONQR is intended for users 13 and older. Because CONQR involves precise location data and performance metrics, it is not designed for children under 13.

Your Rights

Depending on your US state jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your data.
• Delete your data.
• Correct data.
• Opt out of marketing.
• Withdraw consent.
• Restrict certain processing.
• Obtain a portable copy of your data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, authentication controls, and restricted access based on role and need.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic.

Types of Cookies We Use:

• Necessary Cookies: Essential for the website to function properly. These include session management, security features, and storing your cookie preferences. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our website. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve your experience. You can opt out of these cookies.
• Marketing Cookies: Used to track visitors across websites for advertising purposes. We do not currently use marketing cookies but may in the future with your consent.

Because we process limited fitness-related information that may qualify as "consumer health data," residents of Washington have additional rights under the My Health My Data Act.

Categories of Consumer Health Data:

• Fitness performance metrics (pace, mileage, HR, VO₂ max).
• Training-plan inputs (age range, weight range, height range, sex).
• Location data related to physical activity.

We use this information only to operate the App and provide training plans you explicitly request.

• We do not sell or share individual health data.
• We honor deletion and withdrawal rights as required.

We will update this Statement as needed. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you in the App or via email.
